How can I find my size?
Please check the size guide every time you buy a product from us. You can check out the size guide on our product page to choose the right size for you.
I am in between sizes, what should I do?
For leggings, we recommend that you size down. For example, if your measurements fall between a size M and a size L, choose M. For sports bras and crop tops, please be guided by your cup size.
What are the different products you have?
Currently, our range covers leggings, sports bras, and crop tops. You can find them all in one place here.
ORDERS & DELIVERIES
How do I use a promo/discount code?
You will find a promo code field on the checkout page. Enter your code and proceed.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send an email to you with your tracking information, so you can stay updated. To view your order or return status, click here. You can also click on your profile button to see your order history and the status of each order.
How long will my order take to get delivered?
Based on your pincode, it can take anywhere between 3 to 10 days for your order to get delivered.
Do you have a cost for shipping?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders.
Can I change my address/phone details after my order is confirmed?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, you can change the address/phone details. Once it’s shipped, we will not be able to accommodate a change.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
What is your exchange/refund policy?
In the unlikely event that you need to exchange or return your order, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your delivery. For exchanges, you can either swap for a different size or colour within the same category, or trade your order for something else (we will adjust against your payment as required). If you choose to return your purchase, the money will be sent back to your original payment source.
What is your exchange/refund process?
Just head to the footer of the homepage and click on the "Exchanges and Returns" section. That will lead you to a page where we'll ask for your order number and email address, so we can get started on your exchange/refund.
How long until I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed after we receive the order with the tags still attached, in our warehouse. You can expect the refund to be processed to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
If you opt for an exchange, there are two ways it could work: If the item you exchange for is more expensive, we'll charge you the difference in amount. On the other hand, if the item is less expensive, we'll refund the difference, provided the exchanged product also has its tags intact upon reaching our warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped out yet, by reaching out to us over email with your cancellation request. If it has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. However, you have the option of returning it within 7 days.
PAYMENT-RELATED
How will I know if my payment was successful?
If your payment is successful, you'll receive an immediate order confirmation email. If you don't receive one, just reach out to our team, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If my payment fails, what should I do next?
To confirm if your payment went through and to receive order confirmation, please reach out to our team at +91 9606962323. If there were any issues with the payment, we'll assist you in placing the order.
In case your account was charged, but the order wasn't placed, please check with your bank for a failed refund.
Do you have a COD option?
Yes, we do offer a COD option, and you can opt for it on the payment page.
